STAFF - Contract

This position is mainly responsible for creating, developing, and close business and sales opportunities to continuously increase PT. Indodev Niaga Internet’s annual revenues and market share in Indonesia. The position works independently to generate sales and manage a team of Account Managers and Sales Manager Assistants to manage their activities.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• At least 5 Years) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Solution Selling, HRIS, SaaS, ERP
• Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
• Prior experience in selling across all lines of business within enterprise organizations.
• Highly motivated and Proactive to follow- up with leads.
• Led sales team to achieve their sales target.
• Experience working in the Payroll Outsourcing industry is a plus
