As a Sales Marketing Admin, you will support both the German and Indonesian sales marketing team by managing and organizing leads data, identifying key company representatives, and ensuring organized information for outreach efforts. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in lead generation, data management, and business communication, supporting overall sales efficiency.

  • Organize lead data from various sources (website, CRM, events, etc.).
  • Research and identify the appropriate company representatives to contact.
  • Maintain and update the German and Indonesian leads database for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the German and ID sales team to prioritize and qualify potential leads.
  • Assist in preparing reports on lead generation progress and insights.
  • Document and input data related to sales and marketing inquiries, especially for the Indonesian market.
  • Assist the marketing team in delivering well-prepared social media posts, campaigns, and content across other marketing channels.
  • Supporting Sales & Marketing team productivity by organizing documents and administration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor degree, every major is welcomed.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize data & documents efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and Apollo is preferable.
  • Familiarity with the Sales platform.
  • Good task management and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent in Indonesian and English communications (both verbal and written) is a must.
