Sales Marketing Manager (Property)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Property Manager in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record in achieving a sales target.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a sales team of at least 5 people.
• Ability to conduct marketing research and formulate strategic marketing plans.
• Excellent understanding of sales target formulation and strategies to meet or exceed those targets.
• Experience in client retention and new customer acquisition.
• Proficient in event planning and execution to support company goals.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
