As S&OP Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring our products are always available to meet customer demand while optimizing costs and efficiency. By leading supply planning, supporting new product launches, and driving operational excellence, you help Heineken grow sustainably and deliver quality to consumers. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll make decisions that truly matter by enhancing performance, reducing waste, and shaping the future of our supply chain. #DoSomethingThatMatters

Main Responsibilities 

• Lead the S&OP Process
  
  

Ensure a smooth and efficient Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process that aligns with Heineken’s global standards. Work closely with different teams to make informed decisions, balancing supply and demand effectively.

• Supply Planning Management
  
  

Plan and oversee production, inventory, and materials to ensure products are always available. Set clear stock targets and optimize supply chain efficiency.

• New Product Introduction (NPI)
  
  

Support the launch of new products by ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Work with Procurement, Finance, and Marketing to smoothly integrate new products into the supply chain.

• KPI Monitoring & Improvement
  
  

Monitor key performance metrics, such as forecast accuracy (85%+), supply availability (98.5%+), and stock levels. Ensure all teams follow Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and report performance regularly.

• Optimizing Operations & Capacity
  
  

Plan production capacity effectively across sites while keeping supply chain stock under 48 days and finished goods between 13-17 days. Reduce costs and maintain high product freshness.

• Strong Cross-functional Collaboration
  
  

Work closely with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Lead Supply Review Meetings to identify improvements and streamline processes.

• Team Leadership & Development
  
  

Build and manage a strong team, promoting teamwork and performance excellence in line with Heineken’s values. Work closely with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Lead Supply Review Meetings to identify improvements and streamline processes.

• Continuous Improvement
  
  

Enhance processes using TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methods to boost efficiency and meet industry best practices.

Candidate Criteria 

• Education & Experience
  
  

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years in a similar position managing S&OP or supply planning functions.

• Key Skills & Competencies
  
  

Proven leadership skills with a track record in team building and management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficiency in supply chain planning processes (demand planning, capacity planning, inventory planning).

• Functional Competencies
  
  

Experience in brewing, packaging, distribution, and procurement execution.

Knowledge of commercial planning (brand plans, promotion calendars, NPI).

Familiarity with financial budgeting and control cycles.
