Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the clinic's goals and objectives to increase revenue.
    • Analyze competition to identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Team Training:
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear sales goals.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
    • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
  4. Product and Service Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and incentives for services and products.
  5. Sales Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze sales performance data, preparing reports to present to senior management on sales trends and forecasts.
    • Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance sales effectiveness.
  6. Collaboration with Clinical Staff:
    • Work closely with clinical staff to ensure a seamless integration of sales and services, addressing any client concerns regarding treatments.
    • Stay updated on clinic services and innovations to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  7. Offline Community Engagement:
    • Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the clinic and build brand awareness.
    • Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations to expand reach and client base.

Qualifications:

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong leadership and people management skills to inspire and motivate the sales team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and staff.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and market trends.
  4. Customer-Focused:
    • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and understanding client needs.
    • Ability to develop and implement client-focused strategies for service improvement.
  5. Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  6. Personal Attributes:
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and persistent in achieving objectives.
    • Adaptability to changing market conditions and client preferences.
