Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in area Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for driving sales of electric vehicles, engaging with potential customers, providing product demonstrations, and closing sales deals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and nurturing customer relationships, tracking sales performance, providing feedback to the management team, and staying informed about the latest updates and trends in the electric vehicle market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred

Required Skills

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Customer engagement, relationship-building, and strong communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of electric vehicles and the automotive market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta
