Responsibilities: Motivating the team to achieve sales targetsMeet and exceed sales targetsSuccessfully create business from new and existing customer accountsManage complex negotiationsBuild rapport and establish long term relationships with customersIdentify prospects, create opportunities, and close dealsEnsure execution of client requests and requirements, and respond to their service issues and inquiriesCoordinate with internal departments to meet customer service requirements Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in Sales Team Leader or SupervisorExperience in team management minimum 10 personBachelors Degree in any related fieldExperience and working knowledge of CRM systems and cold callingFluent in English
