We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Functional Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce . The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and assist in the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.

• Assist in the design and implementation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

• Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.

• Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce.

• Participate in project meetings, document meeting notes, and track project progress.

• Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Fresh graduate : Up to 12 months of experience in a business analysis role or relevant internship experience.

• Experience hire : 2 - 6 years of experience in business analysis role or relevant experience related with Salesforce

• Basic understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Added values, if have:

• Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
