SAMPOERNA ACADEMY - STUDENT RECRUITMENT OFFICER (MATERNITY COVER)

• Follow-up with parents to enroll to Sampoerna Academy (call, assist and present)
• Make sure all documents needed are submitted
• Assist for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails.
• Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
• Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms.
• Maintain a database of new leads of students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• At least 3 year of experience in student recruitment/ sales
• Excellent interpersonal communication, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Have skill and knowledge on administration and familiar with School Management System
• Able to operate Ms. Office (Excel and Word)
• able to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
• willing to work together as a team, and minimum supervision when needed

Additional Information

Expect to join immediately in February- with 3-months based contract.
