SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to drive SAP BPC upskilling for Delivery Center resources

Work directly with customer's Client team to understand their business challenges and issues which provide a clear picture of how the solution will solve their needs

Prepare request for change documentation

Develop Test plan and Test cases for testing systems and applications

Develop documentation for training and user procedure

Qualifications

Relevant Experience:

Analyst to Senior Analyst: 2–5 years of relevant experience in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), including project engagements, full implementation cycles, and support.

Specialist / Team Lead / Consultant: 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP BPC, with demonstrated leadership or specialized expertise.

Managerial Roles: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a managerial capacity, overseeing SAP BPC-related projects or teams.

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields.

Technical Expertise:

Extensive experience in SAP BPC version 11.0 or earlier.

Proficient in using predefined planning functions and implementing custom planning functions using Fox formulas or ABAP.

Experience with SAP BW/4HANA or BWoH, particularly in creating planning-enabled BW objects.

Familiarity with report creation using SAP BusinessObjects BI client tools, especially SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, Edition for Microsoft Office/OLAP.

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or ECC finance-related modules is a plus.

Experience in SAP BPC technical and functional upgrades or enhancements is a plus.

Relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

Willing to work in Semarang or relocate as needed.

Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
