As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation is required.

Advanced level of proficiency in IT Troubleshooting is recommended. Engineering Support proficiency is suggested.

Develop innovative strategies for efficient application remediation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance Implement proactive measures to prevent future software issues

Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders
