PT Blue Apex Asia is a fast-growing IT company based in Bandung that powers global SaaS and B2B ventures. We’re building world-class revenue teams and are hiring an experienced SDR Manager to lead and scale our outbound sales pipeline efforts.

You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and mentoring a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will coach, optimize strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including RevOps, Marketing, and Product to ensure high-quality lead generation and pipeline development.

English fluency is mandatory. We communicate daily in English, and all interviews and internal operations are conducted in English.

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting
• Continuously optimize outreach sequences via Apollo, Instantly, and LinkedIn
• Track lead generation performance and pipeline quality in HubSpot CRM
• Work closely with internal teams to refine ICPs, scripts, and campaign strategies
• Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs using structured SOPs and onboarding plans
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper, etc.) to improve speed and efficiency
• Monitor SDR performance KPIs and ensure consistent reporting
• Develop outbound playbooks, cadences, and system improvements

• HubSpot CRM – pipeline tracking & sales ops
• Apollo & Instantly – outbound sequencing
• LinkedIn – prospect research and outreach
• Slack – internal team communication
• AI Tools – ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper.ai, Grammarly (for automation and writing)

• Have 3+ years experience in lead generation or SDR team leadership
• Are fluent in English – written and spoken
• Have a strong track record of building and scaling outbound campaigns
• Know how to coach SDRs and manage KPIs to high performance
• Are AI-literate, tech-savvy, and comfortable with fast-moving digital tools
• Have experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales environments
• Bonus: You’ve hired, trained, and mentored SDR teams from the ground up

• Base salary starts at Rp 13,000,000/month + uncapped commission
