PT Blue Apex Asia is a Bandung-based IT firm that powers the growth of B2B software and e-commerce brands across global markets. We work behind the scenes to build scalable SEO, growth, and automation systems that drive results.

We're looking for a technical, AI-literate SEO Specialist to join our on-site team in Bandung and help us manage, optimize, and scale organic growth across 20+ digital properties.

Fluency in English is required. All internal communication and interviews are conducted entirely in English.

You will help develop and execute SEO strategies that support real business outcomes — not just rankings. You’ll work with tools like Ahrefs, GSC, Screaming Frog, and GA4, while leveraging AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, KoalaWriter) to accelerate research, briefing, and optimization processes.

• Perform keyword research, cluster by intent, and design SEO site architecture
• Conduct technical audits using Screaming Frog, GSC, and other tools
• Optimize content using AI-assisted workflows (e.g., GPT-generated briefs)
• Recommend and refine on-page SEO (titles, internal linking, schema, headers)
• Collaborate with writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions via GA4 and Looker Studio
• Identify content gaps, backlink opportunities, and growth levers
• Document repeatable processes and SOPs for ongoing SEO operations

• 2+ years SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong grasp of on-page and technical SEO, Google algorithm basics
• Proficient in Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, GA4
• Experienced with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, KoalaWriter
• Fluent in written and spoken English — required for all internal comms
• Comfortable using ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack
• Bonus: Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
