The Role: Music Teacher

The school is seeking a passionate and experienced Music teacher to join a thriving Department.

Responsibilities

• Teach IB Diploma Music at both Standard and Higher Levels.
• Deliver engaging, inquiry-based Music lessons for IB MYP (Years 7-11) students.
• Support a new middle school initiative by teaching Music to Year 6 and 7.
• Be involved in the extracurricular and performance aspects of music, which support performances in and out of school.
• Facilitate well-being sessions, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years post-PGCE or QTS teaching experience and a degree in the subject taught.
• A proven track record of exceptional teaching and student engagement.
• Passion for inquiry-based, concept-driven learning.
• A commitment to co-curricular activities and performance opportunities.
