Secretary

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in English Literature or a related field.
• Prior experience as a secretary is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Strong administrative and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Presentable and professional appearance.

Job Description:

• Perform secretarial duties to support the Board of Directors in executing their responsibilities efficiently.
• Prepare reports, letters, and other documentation required by the Board of Directors.
• Organize corporate and Board of Directors meetings, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials.
• Ensure the confidentiality of company information at all times.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by superiors.
