Job Description
- Answering incoming calls and taking inquiries from clients
- Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for the company
- Performing administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and organizing documents
- Managing email correspondence and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their needs are met
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Minimum 1 year of experience as secretary or personal assistant
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong communiation, administrative, and organisation skills
- Professional and friendly manner
- Priority for candidates from Bandung
