Job Description Summary : Responsible for securing tasks in the Refinery area within the Refinery area, as well as Projects within the Refinery Job Description :

Implementing the Security Management system in the refinery and bulking areas & Projects therein
Monitoring the Security of Refinery commodity transportation activities
Maintaining Relationships with Refinery Officials to collaborate in the formation of the PAM Model
Implementing Coaching & Training Programs to maintain & Improve Skills and Abilities as Security Members
Coordinating with related Agencies to complete Tasks in the field of Security
Providing positive input to improve Company Performance (Refinery).
Acting as Staff in the Security Field
Reporting the Implementation of the Security Management System Periodically or at any time by assessing the priority scale and Quality of the reports submitted
Reporting problems that occur, related to the Food/Feed Safety Management System (if any) to the Food/Feed Safety Coordinator
Running the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2008, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal, SMART D_Safe, SMK3 PP 50/2012, ISO 14001: 2004, OHSAS 18001: 2007, 5R1SQu, and Sustainability Systems including: ISCC System, RSPO, HVO
Responsible for maintaining and safeguarding all work equipment and environmental cleanliness at the work location
Responsible for maintaining good relations with the government and community leaders around the factory and other stakeholders
Creating community social activity programs (CSR) and monitoring their implementation

Job Requirement :

Min Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree in any field
Having min 5 years of working experience as Security in Factory or Refinery
Good in communication and leadership
Willing to be located in Marunda Refinery
