Job Description

As a 'Senior Associate,' your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive legal advice to a variety of clients.
• Contributing to business development and client management.
• Overseeing junior associates and providing mentorship.
• Participating in team meetings and collaborating on complex legal matters.
• Keeping up-to-date with relevant legal developments in the professional services industry.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
• Adhering to all professional standards and ethical guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Senior Associate' should have:

• A strong academic background in Law.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in projects, preferably exposure in Oil & Gas and/or Renewable Energy
• Proven experience in client facing roles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• An ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
