Senior Backend Developer

As a team member you are expected to be open towards sharing your skills with the team and offer help to empower your fellow team members. A developer is an advocate for solutions and should practice good and active communication towards team members, team lead and clients.

You will work closely with the clients to support their needs and represent Oddbit with confidence and professionalism. Your role is to help clients deliver great products to the market by applying the most effective technical solution for their needs.

What Will You Be Doing

• Work closely with clients and partners and represent Oddbit in a way that is beneficial to all parties.
• Provide consulting services to our clients and partners, maintain relationships by acting professional -and bringing client feedback to Oddbit team and supervisor.
• Help partners in their day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions and troubleshooting their problems.
• Propose, design, create and present prototypes, demos and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from engineers to marketing professionals.
• You are expected to take initiatives in times when instructions are vague.
• Collaborate with team members and bounce ideas to move past daily obstacles without need for hands on guidance
  
  

What The Requirements Are

• Have working experiences and solid understanding in developing backend microservices based on Rest API and gRPC.
• Excellent skills in C++ and Java.
• Have working experiences and solid understanding in developing backend microservices integrated with DB-SQL (RDBMS).
• Have working experiences and strong knowledge in Java Spring Boot.
• Preferred additional understanding of MariaDB and MSSQL.
• Good understanding of Standard Template Library (STL), algorithm, containers, functions and iterators.
• Familiar working with Network Socket programming.
• Familiar working with Git.
• Have willingness to be placed in Bali.
• Good communication in English.
• Experience working with Korean individuals or teams is preferred.
• Creative problem-solving skills, Great desire to learn and explore new things
• Good analytical & logical thinking.
