  • At least 5-7 years of experience in brand design or visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating and evolving brand identities
  • Proven experience working with high-profile brands or in-house teams, with a strong understanding of brand strategy and design processes
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or other relevant software
  • Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual composition
  • Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and inspire design teams
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, ensuring brand consistency while driving creative innovation
