Job Description :

• Interact with customers (B2B & B2C) to sell products and provide professional customer service in a timely manner, including after sales services.
• Generate leads, credentials pitch, solution pitch, negotiation, close and follow up.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business into new and existing markets.
• Develop new business segments and promote innovative ideas for business growth.
• Launching new projects to increase market penetration.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules etc.
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all proposals, contracts and correspondence with clients.
• Constantly engage current customers by keeping them updated on the company’s new products.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proficient spoken and written English language skills.
• 2-3 years experience in R&D, Sales, or Business Development.
• Candidates with no experience and with relevant qualifications, can also apply and be prepared to learn.
• Highly motivated, fast learner and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
• Meticulous and high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Willing to travel
• Have a valid Driving License (SIM A)
