Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Menyiapkan dan memasak menu-menu hot food seperti ramen, donburi, teriyaki, tempura, dan grill item. - Mengikuti resep dan standar plating yang telah ditentukan.
- Menjaga kebersihan area dapur dan peralatan masak.
- Memastikan semua bahan yang digunakan dalam kondisi segar dan sesuai standar kualitas.
- Bekerja cepat dan efisien selama jam operasional (service time).
- Membantu persiapan bahan (prep) dan menjaga stok harian.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim kitchen lain dan mengikuti arahan dari Head Chef/Asst. Head Chef.
- Berpengalaman di posisi yang sama (F&B / restoran Jepang lebih diutamakan).
- Memiliki pengetahuan dan teknik memasak japanese cuisine (Sushi, Agemono, Yakimono, Nabemono)
- Memiliki pengetahuan bahan, penyajian, dan standar higienitas restoran Jepang.
- Mampu bekerja dalam tim, disiplin, dan berorientasi pada kualitas & kepuasan pelanggan.
