As a Senior Digital Ads Specialist, you will plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve performance goals and maximize ROI. You will also analyze campaign data, provide strategic insights, and guide the team in delivering high-impact results.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing paid digital campaigns.
  • Strong skills in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads, experience with TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing funnels, A/B testing, retargeting, and attribution models.
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience working with large budgets and KPI-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is an advantage
