Senior Engineer Industrial Engineering/Productivity Management

• Support site's overall productivity roadmap by identifying improvement pipelines to fulfill productivity targets defined in TCR & LTCR.
• Conduct data collection and analytics to identify P-C-M improvement potential.
• Drive actual implementation of productivity measures at segment/site level which include OEE/UPH improvement and material waste reduction
• Conduct KPI monitoring & analytics to set targets for+A37 TCR, & VRFC planning cycles
• Support Operations on Close the Gap measures by performing data collection, root cause analysis, working with relevant stakeholders on solutions and implementation timeline.
• Coach or mentor junior engineers

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial engineering, production engineering or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in Industrial Engineering driving Lean, PCMA efficiencies, WIP flow optimisation and other cost down initiatives.
• Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Good command of English
• Has knowledge & experience working in BackEnd Semiconductor manufacturing (Pre-assembly, FOL, EOL, Test & MSP) would be an added advantage.
• Competent in VSM, data analytics and visualisation (e.g. KNIME, Tableau, IgraFX) would be an added advantage
• Certification in Lean and/or 6-sigma would be an added advantage.
