Senior Engineer Unit Process Engineering

In this role, you will be responsible as a process know-how expert and will actively work with multiple stakeholders (Production, Quality, Development, and Equipment Engineering), recognize the need of process efficiency/enhancement with various process control tool for robust and stable manufacturing performance in quality and delivery.

In your new role, you will:

• Establish Process Control eg. SPC, APC, and Cpk, contribute to stable manufacturing processes with predictable performance in quality and delivery; Monitor with leading indicators
• Improve process yield/quality by using various sources of data and information (upstream/downstream process knowledge, defect catalog, equipment matrix, etc.)
• Develop process automation systems to enhance failure detection and improve process efficiency
• Accountable for resolving process-related problems (including excursion cases and customer complaints) by using 8D methodology, 6Sigma, and 7QC tools as part of investigation/actual verification
Identify the needs in process document updates (control plan, FMEA, OCAP, OJTI, etc)

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• At least 2 years of professional experience with a Process environment in Semiconductor or similar high-technology manufacturing
• Experience in leading a process efficiency and process enhancement project
• The ability to make use of a group of data as a reference for analytical purposes
• Excellent in English, and presentation skills
A deep understanding of databases and programming will be a value-added
