As the Senior Finance Accounting, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the company’s budget, cash flow, and financial reports. Your role will involve preparing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards, ensuring tax compliance, managing internal and external audits, and leading the finance and accounting team to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company’s budget and cash flow, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining financial stability.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and manage all aspects of tax reporting and compliance for the company.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring effective financial controls and compliance with regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the finance and accounting team to meet organizational goals and foster professional development.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making and improve financial health.
• Identify and manage financial risks, implementing controls and strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• Maximum 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s Degree or professional certifications such as CPA/CMA preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in accounting standards and tax regulations, with a strong background in financial reporting and compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience in budget management and cash flow control.
• Experienced in using accounting software (SAP, Oracle, ERP) and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
