We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to help us achieve our marketing and branding objectives by developing compelling graphic design assets that drive effective campaigns. This role requires a creative thinker with exceptional design skills, strong communication abilities, and a knack for project management.

As part of our global marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategic objectives into visually stunning materials, ensuring everything aligns seamlessly with Dropsuite's brand standards.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time position
• Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office)
• Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)
• Eligible to reside and work in Bandung (Indonesian citizenship only)

Key Accountabilities

• Create and refine graphic design assets that power our marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, white papers, eBooks, guides, presentation templates, live event booth graphics, and digital platforms such as websites and landing pages.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints.
• Ensure all assets adhere to Dropsuite’s brand standards, maintaining visual consistency and reinforcing our identity across all touchpoints.
• Work closely with marketing, product and content teams to ensure designs effectively convey campaign messages and engage target audiences.
• Updated on design trends and implement innovative approaches to enhance the brand’s visual identity.
• Develop visual elements to support both traditional and digital marketing efforts, including web assets, landing pages, email graphics, and paid media.
• Collaborate with content creators to craft visually appealing materials for thought leadership pieces such as guides, case studies, and industry reports.
• Design engaging booth graphics and promotional materials for live events and tradeshows, ensuring Dropsuite stands out in competitive spaces.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Act as a central liaison between the global marketing team and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Leverage project management tools to track progress and provide updates to team members and leadership.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across different regions, leveraging strong English communication skills to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative input to enhance campaign concepts and deliverables.
• Provide constructive feedback to internal and external stakeholders to uphold design excellence.
• Act as a brand ambassador, guiding internal teams and external vendors in adhering to Dropsuite’s design guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers or freelancers, ensuring high standards and consistency in creative outputs.

Qualifications and Competencies

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on campaign-driven creative work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience supporting global teams or working in a multinational organization is highly preferred.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of layout design, typography, iconography, illustration, and colour theory with a proven track record of creating impactful digital and print assets.
• Familiarity with designing for live events, including booth graphics and promotional materials.
• Experienced in building or contributing or maintaining brand guidelines or large-scale branding projects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and provide updates.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, set realistic deadlines, and collaborate across global teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Monday.com) to organize workflows effectively.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently while remaining a team player.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle constructive feedback gracefully.
• Adaptability and the ability to work across different time zones and fast-paced environments.
