What We’re Looking For
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a senior role
Having experience working in the Architectural and Planning industry is mandatory
Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to develop strategic relationships across all levels
