We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR management in the Architecture & Planning industry, with a proven track record of developing strategies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational culture.

Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement
Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution
Lead training and development initiatives for staff growth
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a senior role
Having experience working in the Architectural and Planning industry is mandatory
Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to develop strategic relationships across all levels
