About The Challenge

As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll turn ideas into impactful environments — from concept sketches to final execution. This role is perfect for someone who blends creativity, precision, and leadership to deliver meaningful design experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in interior design projects (commercial, retail, or hospitality).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong visual sense, material knowledge, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and teams.
- Develop creative concepts and detailed technical drawings.
- Lead design presentations and ensure alignment with project vision.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors for smooth execution.
- Review materials, finishes, and furniture layouts for approval.
- Supervise on-site progress to ensure design quality and timeline compliance.
