Senior Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities:

- Perform regular and emergency maintenance and repair on batching plant equipment.

- Handle repairs and inspections of Truck Mixers (TM), wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment.

- Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and technical repairs according to SOPs.

- Ensure all machinery and heavy equipment operate safely and efficiently.

- Document all maintenance activities, including estimating spare part requirements.

- Coordinate with the operations team for maintenance scheduling and equipment downtime.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior mechanics when needed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive, or equivalent.

- At least 10 years of experience as a mechanic in construction, ready-mix, or heavy equipment industries.

- Skilled in handling batching plants, truck mixers, and wheel loaders.

- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team; detail-oriented and disciplined.

- Willing to work on-site and be placed according to operational needs.
