In this strategic leadership position, you will define, develop, and drive a robust Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring its alignment with industry standards and customer requirements. As a Senior Manager QMS, you will be at the forefront of maintaining compliance, leading audits, and enabling continuous improvement initiatives to achieve Zero Defect targets through NLoZD (Next Level of Zero Defect) Programs. Your contributions will be essential in building and sustaining a culture of quality that supports engineering, manufacturing, and organizational excellence.

In your new role you will:

  • Quality System Development: Define, develop, deploy, and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer-specific requirements.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Lead and manage internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Proactively support engineering and manufacturing teams to meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive NLoZD as continuous improvement initiatives towards achieving Zero Defect goals and ensure the successful implementation of quality-focused projects across the factory.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to build systemic processes and methods, leveraging tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, Calibration, and 8D methodologies.
  • Customer Management: Act as the key interface for customers on quality-related issues, ensuring exceptional service and fostering strong and productive relationships.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire and manage a diverse team, providing guidance, mentorship, and innovative leadership to achieve quality excellence across the organization.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, or a Science discipline.
  • Industry Expertise: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the electronics industry, with a proven track record in managerial/leadership roles spanning quality management, process optimization, and manufacturing.
  • Leadership Excellence: A collaborative and inspirational leadership style, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams, including teams beyond the QMS function.
  • Quality Systems Knowledge: Advanced expertise in quality systems and tools, including SPC, FMEA, MSA, Calibration, 8D methodology, and risk assessment.
  • Auditing and Customer Relations Skills: Certified in ISO9000, AITF16949, VDE6.3 and Strong auditing capabilities combined with experience in managing customer interactions and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Personal Attributes: A strong team player with a positive mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and direct at all organizational levels.
