Senior Manager Sales

Job Desc :

• Responsible for the Sales / Marketing Bajaj 3W including top line / bottom line growth through nationwide distribution network. You will be responsible for all sales and business development activities, including brand building, pricing and promotional strategies.
• Building Dealership network across different regions. Identify and facilitate Dealers in growth.
• Maintaining key customer base, implementing innovative promotional campaigns, monitoring market trends and exploring growth opportunities.
• Leading, training and motivating a team of highly competent sales / marketing professionals also form part of the key responsibilities.
• Identify and collaborate with financial institutions for vehicle financing

Qualifications :

• 10+ of Years of Experience in Vehicle sales and Dealership management role
• Have handled a large team of Sales professional in multiple regions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
