Job Summary

The Senior Manager Solution Design is responsible for leading the design and implementation of effective, customer-focused solutions across business units. The Senior Manager Solution Design collaborates closely with senior stakeholders, business development, operations, and technology teams to create innovative, scalable, and cost-effective solutions tailored to customer needs.

Location: Bekasi, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of comprehensive solutions for customer requirements.
• Develop and manage solution frameworks and methodologies that align with company standards.
• Ensure that all proposed solutions are innovative, feasible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Communicate design ideas and value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic advisor on solution design, offering insights that enhance decision-making processes.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the solution design team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Drive team development initiatives, including training and knowledge-sharing sessions, to improve team expertise in solution design.
• Manage resources and allocate team members based on project demands and individual skill sets.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in solution design, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in solution modeling, project management software, and data analysis tools.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in team management, coaching, and talent development.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative and strategic solutions.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation and the ability to translate customer needs into viable business solutions.
