Senior Manager Test Unit Process Engineering

As Senior Manager Test UPE you're responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of processes to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness

In your new role you will:

• Lead team of process engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
• Develop and improve manufacturing or operational processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as R&D, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential challenge
• Lead audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure that all processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
• Emerging technologies, such as Industry 4.0, automation, and digital transformation, and assess their potential impact on processes
  
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams effectively with effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or a related field is essential. A master's degree, particularly in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA), can be advantageous
• Relevant experience in sectors such as automotive or manufacturing with 5-10 years of experience in a managerial capacity
• Certifications like PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt can be beneficial
• Deep understanding of SPC & Statistic
• Strategic oversight, especially in larger organization with excellent English skills
