Job Overview

This is one of the most sought-after creative agencies in the region, producing high-impact content that reaches millions worldwide.

We are now hiring several Senior Motion Designers (AI-Focused) to join their growing global creative team. This role will work directly with Google stakeholders, shaping next-generation AI experiences and crafting motion work that blends storytelling, innovation, and cutting-edge AI tools.

You should be highly fluent in motion design, animation, and visual storytelling, experienced with AI-powered tools, and comfortable delivering top-tier creative output in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Conceptual Execution

• Develop, pitch, and execute original motion concepts aligned with project briefs
• Bring storyboards to life through animation, video editing, typography, sound, and AI-powered content
• Produce impactful visuals for social campaigns, feature launches, AI releases, and creative campaigns across Asian markets
• Continuously generate fresh, relevant ideas that match brand goals and push creative boundaries

Leadership & Project Management

• Lead and mentor junior motion designers, supporting them throughout the production cycle
• Own projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Manage timelines, workflows, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope

Collaboration & Innovation

• Partner with writers, editors, producers, and creative leads to execute unified, high-quality content
• Experiment with AI design tools and emerging technologies to elevate creative output
• Stay current with industry trends, visual styles, motion trends, and innovative techniques

Must-Haves

• 4–5+ years of professional motion design experience (agency or freelance background preferred)
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong editing skills — fast, precise, detail-oriented
• Ability to lead motion projects and guide creative teams
• Ability to adapt to a variety of visual styles and project types
• Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with global clients
• Experience working with or strong interest in AI-powered creative tools
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced environment

Great-to-Have

• Experience creating motion content for events or live experiences
• Experience using AI creative tools (Gemini is a strong bonus)
• Exposure to 3D design or event content creation
• Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design
