  • Memimpin kebun hamparan seluas sekitar 12,000 ha ( 2,000 ha diantaranya gambut) dengan membawahi 4 Estate Manager, 1 Mill Manager, 2 KTU, dan 1 ASKEP
  • Melaksanakan dan memonitoring keagiatan pembukaan lahan,perawatan dan panen
  • Memanage taksasi produksi tahunan, semester, bulanan dan harian
  • Melaksanakan koordinasi pengawasan mutu kerja dan melakukan penerimaan hasil kerja pihak ketiga (kontraktor) sesuai dengan norma kerja yang ditentukan
  • Memonitor pemetaan areal kebun, meliputi blok tanaman , jalan , drainase dan fasilitas pendukung lain
  • Membuat rencana kebutuhan HK, kerja, alat, dan bahan sesuai norma
  • Memastikan terkelolanya administrasi di area estate dan mill (laporan kerja , gudang, dan operational personal lainnya)
  • Bertanggung jawab KPI tentang produksi kebun, yield dari mill, cost kebum, penggunaan HK dan materials, dan people development
Profle
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent
  • At least 12 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent
