Job Description

  • Analysing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency and output quality.
  • Designing and implementing process control systems to ensure operational consistency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for all manufacturing processes.
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions where needed.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
  • Monitoring production metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.


The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant educational qualifications in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
