Job Description
- Analysing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency and output quality.
- Designing and implementing process control systems to ensure operational consistency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for all manufacturing processes.
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions where needed.
- Providing technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
- Monitoring production metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Relevant educational qualifications in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
