Senior Product Manager

What You'll Do

Lead a cross-functional product team, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from initial concept and planning through to successful release.

Create a shared vision for the future of company management services, implement strategies, and roll them out collectively with your team.

Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to deliver the product as a service.

Track and monitor product performance and user adoption, iterating and making continuous improvements to achieve key goals.

Work with analysts to enhance analytics by defining key metrics, building accessible dashboards, and automating reporting processes to measure the impact of new self-serve features.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on our customer base, from user interviews to A/B tests, to deeply understand their needs and pain points.

Help your team gain a deep understanding of the problems we're solving, our customers, and the business, and align these insights to create meaningful impact.

Manage relationships with any necessary vendors and third-party partners to ensure smooth collaboration and product delivery.

Who You Are

Experience building products in one of the following domains: KYC / AML, company incorporation, corporate secretarial services, share management, or other business management/compliance software.

Additional experience in domains like Documents processing , Back office products (e.g., business process automation) , Accounting products , or E-commerce platforms is a plus.

Experience managing a cross-functional product team in a startup or scaleup, as well as relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and partners.

A strong desire to understand your customers and identify opportunities to solve their problems.

Excellent storytelling and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate ideas with extreme clarity both verbally and in writing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Experience with agile development methodologies.
