Senior Product Manager, DEX

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of the DEX (Decentralized Exchange) product, including planning, design, and iteration, to enhance user trading experience and platform usability.
• Conduct in-depth research on user needs and market trends, analyze competitors, and identify innovation points and optimization directions for the web product.
• Lead the design of web product features, including but not limited to trading interfaces (Swap, Limit Orders), liquidity management, data chart displays, wallet connections, and personal asset centers.
• Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and create interactive prototypes, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers to deliver smooth, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
• Work closely with front-end, back-end, and smart contract development teams to drive the development, testing, and launch of product features, ensuring product quality and delivery efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze data for the web product post-launch (e.g., user behavior, conversion rates, feature usage), driving product optimization based on data insights.
• Collect user feedback, continuously improve the web product, address user pain points, and enhance user satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on new technologies and protocols in the Web3 space, exploring their application opportunities within the DEX web product.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of web product management experience, including at least 1 year in DeFi or DEX-related products.
• Profound understanding of the core mechanisms of decentralized exchanges, including AMM, order books, liquidity mining, staking, and cross-chain bridges.
• Familiarity with the web functionalities and user experience of mainstream DEX products (e.g., Uniswap, Sushiswap, PancakeSwap, Curve).
• Proficiency in web product design principles and methodologies, skilled in using tools like Figma or Axure for prototype design and requirement documentation.
• Excellent user insight and data analysis skills, capable of identifying issues from data and proposing effective product solutions.
• Familiarity with web technical architecture and interaction standards; knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React/Vue, etc.) is a plus.
• Outstanding communication, coordination, logical thinking, and project promotion skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Bonus Points:
• Experience in successfully launching and operating a DEX product from 0 to 1.
• In-depth understanding and design experience with professional trading chart tools (e.g., K-line charts, depth charts).
• UI/UX design background or extensive experience collaborating effectively with designers.
