Senior Production Manager

Job Description:

• Coordinate with various levels of staff in ensuring that production targets and productivity levels are met and improved.
• Provide training to current production employees and conducted new employees training to ensure they understand production procedures, policies, goals and expectation.
• Ensure a safety working environment within the factory premises and maintain high level of 5S.
• Control product quality in accordance with customer’s requirement or specifications.
• Review and analyzing production monthly report and resolve any shortage in quantity of production
• Monitor and be accountable for the production expenditures
• Responsible for staff scheduling including: work assignments/rotations, employee training time, employee breaks, overtime worked, back-up due to absences, call-ins, etc.
• Ensuring compliance of ROHS, Green Partner, Green Purchasing, and Green Procurement, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements
• Responsible for the occupational safety and health of all employees under direct supervision
• Ensure that all members of the team have completed the necessary safety training for the work that they perform and the equipment that they operate

Qualification:

• Experienced with Corrugator Machine with minimum 2 (two) years experience.
• Min. Diploma in any discipline with minimum 5 (five) years of working experience in related field
• Having good communications skill in English both oral and written
• Having strong personality, self-starter, motivation, teamwork, leadership
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to deal with pressure
