Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior QA Manager to lead the design and evolution of our Quality Assurance discipline. You will provide process and technical leadership across a complex portfolio of applications and systems.
This role is critical in shaping our QA vision, from test strategy development to execution, CI/CD integration, and cultivating a culture of quality throughout the organization. You will mentor QA leads and engineers, drive QA excellence, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, usability, and reliability.
You’ll work closely with project managers, senior developers, and global stakeholders to align quality with business goals while staying hands-on in reviewing and validating critical test coverage.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior QA Manager to lead the design and evolution of our Quality Assurance discipline. You will provide process and technical leadership across a complex portfolio of applications and systems.
This role is critical in shaping our QA vision, from test strategy development to execution, CI/CD integration, and cultivating a culture of quality throughout the organization. You will mentor QA leads and engineers, drive QA excellence, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, usability, and reliability.
You’ll work closely with project managers, senior developers, and global stakeholders to align quality with business goals while staying hands-on in reviewing and validating critical test coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a lead or principal role.
- Proven expertise in test strategy, automation, QA leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Experience writing structured and comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Proficiency in JIRA, test management tools (e.g., Zephyr Scale), and automation platforms (e.g., Katalon Studio).
- Familiarity with scripting or coding in automated testing environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), with experience in client-facing roles.
- Ability to manage team workload, coach team members, and coordinate across functions.
- Attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are an advantage.
- Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of test strategies and plans across multiple projects and systems.
- Lead and manage the QA team (manual and automation), including task prioritization, resource allocation, and performance coaching.
- Actively promote and create a strong Quality Culture throughout the organization.
- Monitor QA processes and review JIRA stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation to ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Define, improve, and enforce QA strategies, processes, and documentation.
- Design, develop, and optimize QA frameworks, processes, environments, and reporting structures.
- Create and maintain automation frameworks for UI and backend testing to support scalable and reusable test practices.
- Ensure test strategies are fully integrated into the SDLC, including CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate alignment with user expectations.
- Collaborate with PMs, senior developers, and stakeholders on QA alignment, blockers, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate QA metrics and test results clearly to internal stakeholders and foreign clients.
- Perform root cause analysis of critical issues and implement preventive QA strategies.
- Remain hands-on in testing activities, including writing and executing test cases as needed.
- Drive adoption of AI-driven testing tools and practices.
- Act as a mentor and coach to QA team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Experience testing web, mobile, and API platforms using modern tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments (e.g., Docker), and cloud-based testing platforms.
- Exposure to AI-assisted QA tools and shift-left testing practices.
