Responsibilities
- Evaluate projects using initial drawings, location information, or tender documents.
- Interact with suppliers and workers to formulate pricing decisions.
- Review variations and necessary job changes.
- Review tender documents and manage digital storage.
- Perform general project and administrative tasks.
- Monitor and support team performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or estimator.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Capability to work under tight schedules and deadlines.
