Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager Funding to join one of our client. This is a full-time position located in Denpasar, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Yogyakarta, Makassar, and Palu. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years(in the banking industry) to a maximum of 10 years of work experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our relationship with clients while focusing on funding and business development.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Financial Analysis (Mandatory skill): Proficient in analyzing financial statements to assess the financial health of clients.
  • Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
  • Credit Risk Assessment (Mandatory skill): Expertise in evaluating credit risk to ensure sound lending decisions.
  • Negotiation Skills (Mandatory skill): Strong sales and negotiation skills to secure beneficial terms for funding agreements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Skilled in maintaining and enhancing client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Loan Structuring: Capability to design loan structures that meet both the client's needs and the company's policies.
  • Portfolio Management: Experience in managing a portfolio of clients to maximize profitability and minimize risk.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Thorough understanding and application of industry regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Business Development: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance the company's growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and financial markets.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic advice.- Effective communication and presentation abilities

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their funding needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit risk assessments to make informed lending decisions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for funding agreements to ensure beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Structure loan agreements to meet client requirements while adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely repayments and addressing any potential risks.
  • Ensure all lending activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work towards increasing the number of clients and funding projects.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of the client portfolio and funding activities.
