Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Relationship Manager Lending to join our client's team on a full-time basis. The incumbent will be responsible for managing client relationships and lending portfolios in various regional locations including Denpasar, Makassar, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and Palu. This role requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of work experience in lending, financial services, banking or a related field with a focus on relationship management

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Relationship Manager Lending to join our client's team on a full-time basis. The incumbent will be responsible for managing client relationships and lending portfolios in various regional locations including Denpasar, Makassar, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and Palu. This role requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of work experience in lending, financial services, banking or a related field with a focus on relationship management
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in client relationship management. This is a mandatory skill.
- In-depth knowledge of credit analysis techniques to assess client creditworthiness.
- Experience in loan origination, including understanding the complete loan life cycle from application to funding.
- Proficiency in risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
- Strong financial modeling skills to create representations of a company's financial performance.
- Effective portfolio management to oversee and manage a variety of client portfolios.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance requirements to ensure all activities comply with legal standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
- Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and achieving sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and financial markets.
- Manage and deepen relationships with key clients to drive business growth in lending.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis to determine the creditworthiness of clients.
- Oversee the loan origination process to ensure timely and accurate loan approvals.
- Assess and manage risks associated with the lending portfolio.
- Create and maintain financial models to aid in client assessments and lending decisions.
- Manage multiple client portfolios, providing tailored financial solutions.
- Ensure all lending activities comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new lending products and services.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior relationship managers and other team members.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic advice.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
