Senior Sales & Applications Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales plans to promote IAT products to end users
• Proactively engage with customers and end users to achieve sales targets
• Provide applications and technical support for Sales Engineers and customers
• Guide and train other Sales Engineers, especially in technical aspects
• Conduct site visits and perform fieldwork outside the office as assigned
• Provide presentations, demonstrations and technical support to customers when necessary
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Provide front-line and after-sales service responses and support to customers, coordinating with Headquarters for unresolved issues
• Prepare and delivery accurate support, travel schedules and reports on a timely basis to guide sales and business decisions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in NIRS instrument as applications/service engineer
• Willing to perform sales and strive towards achieving sales targets
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to travel extensively (up to 75%) to customer sites all over Indonesia and overseas (if needed)
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Immediate availability is a plus
