This position exists for one purpose: delivering real-world impact through working software. You'll leverage AI tools and cloud-native technologies to build full-stack systems that solve meaningful problems. We demand rapid delivery without compromising quality—selecting the simplest correct solution that balances immediate needs with long-term sustainability.

What You Will Be Doing

• Build and Ship Full-Stack Features: Drive user stories from concept to impact—clarify requirements, design scalable solutions, implement backend and frontend code, test rigorously, and deploy to production.
• Resolve Complex Issues: Conduct thorough root cause analysis, implement permanent solutions (not just symptom fixes), and prevent regressions through strategic testing.
• Elevate Code Quality Standards: Scrutinize plans and pull requests to ensure clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt before it accumulates.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
