  • Lead the design of intuitive and aesthetically appealing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions
  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions
  • Analyze user feedback and behavior to continually refine designs and improve the overall user experience
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, constraints, and business goals
  • Lead design reviews and provide mentorship to junior designers, ensuring adherence to best practices and design consistency
  • Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms
  • Create reusable components and patterns that can be efficiently implemented by developers
  • Solve complex user experience challenges with creative and functional design solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative design approaches to the team
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and defend design decisions effectively
  • Document design decisions and workflows for internal communication and future reference
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of designing complex user interfaces and experiences
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar tools
  • Strong knowledge of design systems, wireframing, and interactive prototypes
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design
  • Experience in conducting and applying user research to inform design decisions
  • Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints in design decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
