About Us
Service Market Logistics is responsible for the spare parts logistics of all the Volvo Group brands. Together in a truly global organization of 3,800 talented people from diverse backgrounds, nationalities, and skills, we ensure spare parts are available when they are needed in a sustainable network of 5,000 suppliers, 3,000 dealers and 40 distribution centers. We develop, manage, and optimize the aftermarket supply chain for all Volvo Group brands. We are a key player in services provided to our customers and we are very close to the business. We are part of GTO but we also work daily with our colleagues from the commercial organizations and our dealers and importers.
Distribution Centre (DC) Balikpapan, manage Service Market Business supporting Volvo Group business in Indonesia including Volvo Group Trucks, Volvo Bus and Renault . We are a team of approx 30+ engaged colleagues are doing our most every day to support our customers, colleagues, and partners. Position Description
The Service Center is the interface between Distribution Centre towards both importers and dealers in the region, as well as our partners in sales and marketing. The role involves working with a wide span of activities, ranging from order- management, customer satisfaction management, handling of service deviations, Importation process, Outbound Transportation Performance and general administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities as Service Center officer involves daily order processing from dealers, following up with operation for speedy execution, driving activities for improved processes and routines, as well as working with continuous improvements towards increased customer satisfaction. Operationally you will be responsible for meeting stipulated targets for the group.
You will work closely with the other departments.The position includes extensive involvement with dealers, importers, business area counterparts and colleagues.

Mission
- Interface towards importers/dealers/customers in the region , Sales and Marketing functions and other function in Volvo Group
- I dentify and execute customer needs and expectations, to deliver service requests, ensuring the customer receives an effective service by being efficient, knowledgeable and consistent in delivery, with the objective of achieving first contact resolution.
- Being Able to create and use digital information and advanced technologies, such as the cloud, machine learning, automation,mobile and social media, etc to create business value.
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in any major.
- 3-5 years of relevant and management experience in Customer Service and Supply Chain.
- Excellent communications skills in English (written and verbal).
- Customer-focused approach to meet internal and external needs.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with automation and digitalization development.
- Proficient in using logistics software and data analysis tool : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word. Power BI & Power Automate is a plus.
- Have a good presentation skill, networking and coordination skill.
- Detail oriented, well-organized and willing to work in a team. Sound problem solving skills to find the root cause of customer issues.
- Solid knowledge of aftermarket logistics/ supply chain management & lean principles.
- Result and process oriented.
- Good analytical skills.
- Having knowledge of import process include PIB and custom duties.
- Having knowledge in legal is a plus.
