NOV Digital Services (MDTotco) is looking for a highly experienced Service Manager to lead our service and rental operations in Indonesia. This senior role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, ensuring operational excellence, developing technical teams, and achieving revenue/profitability targets and will also be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations while also building the long-term service infrastructure required to support large-scale projects. The role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to lead high-performing teams, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive sustainable growth in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 7–10 years of oilfield or related industry experience, and at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, customer relationship skills, and a commitment to HSE standards are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand NOV Digital Services’ capabilities with existing and new customers.
- Oversee service delivery and rental operations, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Ensure technical staff are trained, certified, and fully competent on all MDTotco products.
- Maintain staffing and resources to support superior customer service during complex projects.
- Deliver on service and rental revenue/profitability targets, safeguarding projected EBITDA margins.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships at both operational and executive levels.
- Promote safe work practices and ensure strict adherence to HSE standards.
- Control operational expenses while maintaining service quality
- Mentor and develop Service Supervisors, Engineers, and Coordinators to build long-term capability.
- Identify and capitalize on new service and rental business opportunities in the Indonesian market to support continuous business growth
- Provide regular reports and updates to management level on service performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Supervises: Service Supervisors, Service Engineers, Service Coordinators
- Internal Contacts: Sales Department, Operations Support, Finance, HR, HSE
Qualifications & Experience
- Background Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related discipline) from National reputable Universities.
- Work Experience: 7–10 years in oilfield services or related industry, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Highly Preferred: Experience with leading service companies or drilling contractors, ideally on large-scale multi projects.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills essential for engaging with clients and colleagues.
- Skills: Strong leadership, customer relationship management, business acumen, and unwavering commitment to HSE standards.
