Service Planner Trainee

Your responsibilities

• Ensure that incoming and outgoing parts or goods allocated to the proper location at the warehouse or proper address (customer or internal proposed).
• Ensure that parts or goods at the warehouse in the secure and splendid condition, and makesure all planning running well.
• Assist in maintaining and Analyzing the record of machine Card.
• Assist in making quarter cylinder stock report.
• Assist in CSI parts creation and monitoring.
• Assist in monitor , prepare and create periodic report of all PTL Balikpapan core return parts.
• Assist in preparing proposal for component core return to be sent to LEC for credit .
• Assist in making sales order report.
• Assist in creating minus purchased orders.
• Assist in processing ineffective parts disposal for scrapping.
• Assist in creating monitoring reports.
• Carry out any other tasks related to work as allocated to you by your superiors.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Technical Engineering is preferred
• Fluent in English
• Able to operate MS Office
• Ability to operate Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot preferred
• Dedicated, Confident and self motivated team player
• Ability to work under high pressure and prioritize workload.
